TRAINING (12-23): Week Two, Base Two

[rev_slider Fitness1223]   Summary of Week:  I added over 3 hours of training from last week, but my plan called for 13.5 hours. I’ll blame it on the Christmas rush. I’ll also blame my average weight increasing from 183.8 to 186.7 on all of the Christmas sweets. On the good side, my average resting heart rate and stress score has lowered so my body must be getting used to the longer workouts. Much of my time was spent making small tweaks to my fit to alleviate some knee pain that I have been experiencing this fall. However, by the end of the week I was feeling pretty locked in.
